Optasia Group, being committed to the protection of our customer and our own Data has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to the principles and the requirements of International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001:2013. to:

  • Achieve legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance
  • Maintain our clients’ confidence
  • Ensure the uninterrupted provision of our services
  • Manage and minimize losses in case of security incidents

 

Our ISMS is comprised of appropriate Organisational, Technical and Physical security measures setting an Information Security Framework that enables Security to be applied at multiple levels throughout our Worldwide Business Operations.

The established Information Security Management System (ISMS) sets our Framework for Information Security governance, ensuring that the defined Information Security Objectives and Requirements, are fulfilled for the business activities that are within the scope of the ISMS now and in the future, through on-going maintenance and improvement.

 

Our Information Security Framework ensures that:

  • The Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of our corporate and customer information is protected
  • Business continuity is established
  • Business damage is minimized by preventing and / or minimizing the impact of security incidents on the information it manages
  • Our systems and network are free for vulnerabilities
  • Our source code is free from vulnerabilities
  • Our Company complies with legal and regulatory requirements

 

All Employees of Optasia Group, as well as third parties under the scope of the ISMS, are expected to comply with the established ISMS policies and related procedures.

 

An established organizational scheme, leaded by our CEO and operated by the Information Security Director, supports the operation of the ISMS ensuring its effective implementation, as well as its continuous and systematic review and improvement.
